Kristi Schmidt | Broker Owner, Realtor
Kristi became a full time real estate professional in 2017, and focuses on buying, selling and leasing single family homes throughout Houston, Texas. Before helping buyers and sellers locate their dream homes, Kristi was a contracts and procurement specialist for 17 years for several major oil and gas companies. Kristi has managed a portfolio of single family and multifamily rental properties, and also holds a degree in Business Administration.

Since 2015, Chris has invested in 2500+ multifamily units throughout Texas, including Dallas, Houston, Victoria, Baytown and Alvin, TX markets. Three of these deals have gone full cycle earning over 40% IRR. In addition to real estate investing, Chris co-founded a commercial pool management company in 2005, which he and his partners later sold. Chris holds a bachelors degree in Mass Communications from Texas State University, and is National Apartment Association IROP certified.
