She is the founder of Clay Property, a real estate company based in Houston, Texas. Prior to her career in real estate, Kristi worked in the Oil & Gas industry for 17 years in contracts and procurement. Real estate is a true passion for Kristi, who comes from a family of real estate brokers. Her mother, Cindy Clay, has been a Texas Broker for over 35 years. Kristi follows in her footsteps as a second-generation Broker.

In addition to helping clients buy and sell properties, Kristi and her husband actively invest in single and multifamily real estate, building an impressive portfolio. Her areas of expertise include buy-and-hold, fix-and-flip, private money lending, short-term rentals, and buying and selling primary residences. Kristi believes in continuous education and development to provide the best service to her clients and remain a savvy investor. She regularly attends networking and education events to stay updated with the latest trends and practices in the real estate industry. She is also a proud mother of two young daughters and one french bulldog, and actively mentors and volunteers in her community.
