    Phone Interview

    During this 15 minute phone call we want to understand your unique situation and goals when buying a home. This is also a good time to provide clarifications regarding the home buying process and understand exactly what you're looking for in a home.

    Home Search

    You will provid me with an email address and I'll setup a home search based on your specific home buying criteria, including price point, submarket, school district, and other amenities or qualities you're looking for in a new home.

    In-Person Meeting

    In this meeting we discuss the home buying process, lenders and the pre-approval process, home search, and the Buyer Broker Agreement. This is your opportunity to get answers to any questions you may have.

    Buyer Broker Agreement

    Signing the buyer broker agreement is your tool to hire me as your agent. I will discuss in detail any terms of the. agreement. Our search for your new home officially begins once this agreement is in place.

    Lender Pre-Approval

    If you plan to finance the home purchase, pre-approval from the lender of your choice will be needed to begin scheduling showings and making offers.

    Showings, Offers and Timelines

    Once your pre-approval is in place, I will coordinate schedules and setup showings for homes that meet your needs. When the right home presents itself, I'll guide you through the process and present an offer to the seller.

    Contract Negotiation

    I am an experienced negotiator with 16 years professional contracts and procurement experience prior to becoming a Realtor in 2011. I will throughly review all aspects of the deal and make recommendations supporting your best interestes.

    Contract Milestones

    Once the seller accepts your offer, I will provide timelines to be aware of including option fee, earnest money deposit and other contract milestones we must meet - keeping you informed throughout the process.

    Contract Execution

    I will guide you through the option period, review the inpsection report and discuss how to negotiate any repairs or seller contributions as needed. I have extensive remodeling expertise and a contractor network from managing almost 50 rental units to support negotiating repair items and estimates.

    Lenders, Title, and Closing

    During the final stages of the process we will work together to provide your lender, title company, and the seller with any outstanding items needed to get to the finish line. My goal is to make the transaction as smooth and easy for you as possible.
